Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Latvia): 2–5 business days
- Standard Shipping (EU countries): 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to track your shipment via the carrier's website.
Shipping to EU Countries
We ship throughout the European Union. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) applied by the destination country.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@tuksums.lv with your order number and photos of the damage.
